Salome Boateng, Director/ Consultant
Salome Boateng is the visionary founder of SAMA Family Services, with over a decade of experience in early childhood education, educator development, and inclusive program consulting.
Salomey has a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Calgary specializing in professions, education, and mental health, Salome combines deep academic insight with lived experience in early learning environments. Her additional Neurodiversity Specialist training through PESI Canada training program enhances her ability to guide programs in creating responsive, affirming practices for neurodivergent children and families.
Throughout her career, Salome has served in diverse roles -from classroom educator and behavioral therapist support to post-secondary instructor and licensing consultant. She partners closely with emerging dayhomes, helping providers navigate the complexities of licensing, policy development, and program quality. At the heart of her work is a mission to build thriving, inclusive spaces where educators feel empowered and every child has the opportunity to succeed. Through SAMA Family Services, Salome continues to lead meaningful change in the early learning sector – one educator, one program, and one family at a time.
Supriya Grover – Consultant
With nearly 18 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, Supriya is passionate about supporting educators in providing high-quality care and learning experiences for young children. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and am a Level 3 Early Childhood Educator certified in Alberta.
Throughout her career, she has worked in various roles within the early learning sector, gaining extensive knowledge of child development and best practices in early childhood education. Her mission is to empower educators by providing practical, engaging, and evidence-based training that helps them confidently apply the right approaches in their daily practice. She believes that when educators are well-trained and supported, children thrive.
Her goal is to inspire continuous learning, promote excellence in early childhood education, and help educators build safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments where every child can reach their full potential.
